Dashboard Components

1.1 Overview

Dashboard overview contains Key Performance Indicators in order to allow quick and clear depiction of actual performance.

1.2 Account Analytics

Account analytics allows you to better gauge sales activities and performance account-wise. This section includes information on the touchpoints that have taken place across different stages.

1.3 Sales Pipelines

Our sales pipeline lays out the different phases of a buyer's journey from a lead to a customer. The stages in a pipeline allows sales reps to keep track of their deals and manage their workflow. It provides the much-needed insights into financial metrics that indicate which deals are most likely to close.

A pipeline also tracks a salesperson’s activities which makes it an important tool for sales managers to know how well their sales process is working. It offers more visibility to the sales activities that offer the greatest returns to the company.

Note: You can create multiple pipelines based on your needs.

1.3.1 Create Stages of pipeline

1.3.1 Create stages

For setting up the stages in your pipeline, consider the sales process or the steps that your team requires to convert an early-stage lead into a closed customer.

The number of stages you choose in your pipeline depends on a few factors which include your product and the process of contacting leads.

Some stages are like checklists, for instance, if you’ve made a contact or set a meeting and if the task is performed, and the contact can be moved to the next stage.

To start off, click on the Create A Pipeline button which will take you to the Settings > Pipelines page.

  • Click on the icon, which opens the Add Pipeline modal.

  • Provide the Pipeline Name and select the Number of Stages. The minimum number of stages is 3 and can go up to a maximum of 12.

  • Once the number of stages is selected, the option to provide stage names will be shown. After giving the stage name click on the Save button.

Note: Before saving the pipeline, any one of these pipeline stages should be mandatorily chosen as the win stage. (Usually the final stage/opportunity stage/SQL etc).

  • Win Stage: There can be only one win stage and it is mandatory to be marked. The leads in the win stage indicate that the deal is closed.

  • Lose Stage: There can be multiple lose stages but it is not mandatory.

  • You can find the stages you have created, under the Sales Pipelines tab and also in the Campaigns module.

Note: In the Plays, the Stages section shows the stages that were created. Clicking on the Edit icon enables the user to rename the stage names.

1.3.2 Pipeline View

In Pipeline View you can see the prospects under the stages in which they got moved in. Count on each stage shows the number of prospects present under that stage.

Note: On clicking on the lead card, it shows the lead details and also has an option that navigates to their profile page.
